In 2024, my union, the Ziff Davis Creators Guild, won strong, pro-worker AI protections in our first successor contract. At the time, I was the chair of ZDCG and a member of the bargaining committee. Through organized actions and negotiating at the bargaining table, we won the “gold standard” of AI protections.
